Olli Actions Terms

These Olli Actions Supplemental Terms are incorporated into the Ollify Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms of Service. If these terms conflict with the Terms of Service on the subject of the Olli Actions subscription or action packs, these terms control, except that Sections 11, 12 and 17 of the Terms of Service and the DPA continue to control as stated there.

1. What These Terms Cover

These terms apply to the Olli Actions subscription and to prepaid action packs, which add to the free monthly allowance of actions that every workspace has under the Terms of Service. How actions work, and your responsibility for the actions you confirm, are set out in Section 3.5 of the Terms of Service.

2. What Counts as an Action, and Your Allowance

An action is a change that was confirmed and succeeded, such as a record created or updated, a schedule change, or a task completed. In a plan of several changes, each change that succeeds counts as one action. Questions, lookups, proposals that are declined or expire, and changes that fail are not actions and are not counted. A business that subscribes to Olli Actions has a larger monthly allowance than the free allowance, shared by the whole business, and unused included actions expire when your monthly billing period ends, do not roll over, and are not credited or refunded. Your monthly allowance resets on your billing date. The allowance for your plan is shown in the Service. Olli also has daily and monthly limits on messages and usage, shown in the Service, and, on paid plans, your administrator may set limits for individual users. Ollify may change the usage limits by notice in the Service, and will give at least 30 days' notice before it changes the price of Olli Actions, as Section 4.1 of the Terms of Service provides. A price change takes effect at your next renewal after the notice period, and you can cancel Olli Actions before then.

3. When Your Allowance Runs Out

When your allowance is used up, Olli stops proposing changes until your allowance resets on your next billing date. Questions and lookups keep working. A business with an active Olli Actions subscription can buy prepaid action packs, and only an administrator with billing access can buy one. Packs are never added or charged automatically. Ollify will never bill you for AI usage you did not choose to buy.

4. Fees, Packs, Billing and Refunds

Olli Actions is an Add-On under the Terms of Service and is billed on the same cycle as your plan: monthly on a monthly plan and annually on an annual plan. The fee and allowance are shown before you confirm your subscription. A prepaid pack is a one-time purchase charged to your payment method on file when an administrator with billing access confirms it. If you pay for a pack by bank debit, you can use the pack before the payment settles. If the debit fails, the actions the pack still holds are removed and we notify your billing contacts. Buying a pack requires an active Olli Actions subscription. The size, price and validity of a pack are shown before you confirm, and the packs on offer are listed in the Schedule below. Included actions are used first, then packs, soonest-expiring first. A business without an Olli Actions subscription uses its free monthly allowance first and then any packs it still holds. If your payment is overdue, your business uses only the free monthly allowance and any packs it still holds until the balance is paid. A pack expires when its validity period ends, counted from the date of purchase. Unused packs stay valid after you cancel Olli Actions until they expire, but after you cancel you cannot buy new packs. Packs end if your account is closed. Ollify may change the size, price or validity of packs for future purchases, and a change does not affect a pack you have already bought. Ollify emails a receipt with the invoice for each purchase. Refunds for the Olli Actions subscription and for packs follow the Refund and Cancellation Policy. You can cancel Olli Actions on its own at any time in Management → Add-Ons (open Olli, then choose Cancel Add-on). It stays active until the end of your billing period. After that, your included allowance ends and your business returns to the free allowance.

5. Schedule of Packs

This schedule lists the packs on offer today. Ollify may update it as pack sizes change. A change to the schedule does not affect a pack you have already bought. Prices are shown in the Service when you buy.

6. Acceptance

You accept these terms when you subscribe to Olli Actions or buy a pack, by confirming on the billing screen, which also authorizes the charge shown. Ollify records the account, the person who confirmed, the time and the version of these terms for each subscription and pack purchase, and keeps that record as the Privacy Policy describes.

7. Changes to These Terms

We update these terms as described in Section 1.2 of the Terms of Service. A change that materially reduces what a paid add-on does is handled under that Section.
