Ollify LLC
Mobile App Terms
Effective September 17, 2026 | Last Updated September 17, 2026 | Version 1.0
These Mobile App Terms of Use ("Mobile Terms") govern your access to and use of the Ollify mobile application (the "App") available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. The App is operated by Ollify LLC ("Ollify," "we," "us," or "our"), a Mississippi limited liability company.
These Mobile Terms supplement and, where they specifically address mobile app matters, take precedence over Ollify's Terms of Service and any Master Service Agreement between you and Ollify (collectively, the "Agreement"). All other provisions of the Agreement remain in effect. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Mobile Terms and the Agreement.
IMPORTANT — WHO THIS AGREEMENT IS WITH
These Mobile Terms are an agreement between you and Ollify LLC. Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not parties to this agreement and have no obligation to you under it. Apple and Google are not responsible for the App, its content, its maintenance, or any claims you may have related to it, except as expressly described in Sections 2 and 3 below.

1. Scope and Application
1.1 What These Terms Cover. These Mobile Terms apply to your use of the Ollify mobile application on:
- (a)
iOS devices via the Apple App Store; and
- (b)
Android devices via the Google Play Store.
They cover App-specific matters including store requirements, device permissions, push notifications, account deletion, in-app purchases (if applicable), and crash reporting.
1.2 Relationship to Main Agreement. The Agreement governing your Ollify subscription — including all terms regarding the Service, data processing, payment, liability, and dispute resolution — continues to apply in full to your use of the App. Where these Mobile Terms conflict with the Agreement on App-specific matters, these Mobile Terms control. For all other matters, the Agreement controls.
1.3 Updates to Mobile Terms. We may update these Mobile Terms from time to time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting updated terms in the App, through the applicable app store update mechanism, and by email to your registered account address. Continued use of the App after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
APPLE APP STORE — REQUIRED PROVISIONS
The following provisions are required by Apple Inc. as a condition of distributing the Ollify App through the Apple App Store, pursuant to the Apple Developer Program License Agreement. These provisions apply exclusively to your use of the App on iOS devices.
2. Apple App Store Specific Provisions
2.1 Acknowledgment. You and Ollify acknowledge and agree that:
- (a)
these Mobile Terms are entered into between you and Ollify only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple");
- (b)
Ollify, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content; and
- (c)
Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the App.
2.2 Scope of License. The license granted to you for the App is a limited, non-transferable license to use the App on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, subject to the usage rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, except that the App may be accessed and used by other accounts associated with you via Family Sharing or volume purchasing. You may not use the App on any device that you do not own or control, and you may not distribute or make the App available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time.
2.3 Maintenance and Support. Ollify is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support services for the App, whether or not required under applicable law. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to provide any maintenance or support services with respect to the App. You acknowledge that Apple has no such obligation.
2.4 Warranty. Ollify is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the App. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to any failure to conform to any applicable warranty will be Ollify's sole responsibility, subject to the limitations of liability in the Agreement.
2.5 Product Claims. Ollify, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the App or your possession and use of the App, including but not limited to:
- (a)
product liability claims;
- (b)
any claim that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and
- (c)
claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.
Nothing in these Mobile Terms limits Ollify's responsibility to you under applicable law.
2.6 Intellectual Property Rights. In the event of any third-party claim that the App or your possession and use of the App infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, Ollify, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim, subject to the terms of the Agreement.
2.7 Legal Compliance — Export. You represent and warrant that:
- (a)
you are not located in a country that is subject to a US Government embargo, or that has been designated by the US Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and
- (b)
you are not listed on any US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties, including the Treasury Department's list of Specially Designated Nationals or the Department of Commerce Denied Persons List or Entity List.
2.8 Developer Name and Address. Ollify LLC
901 N State St. STE N, Jackson, MS 39202
support@ollify.app
2.9 Third-Party Beneficiary. You and Ollify acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these Mobile Terms, and that, upon your acceptance of these Mobile Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Mobile Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.
GOOGLE PLAY STORE — REQUIRED PROVISIONS
The following provisions apply to your use of the App on Android devices via the Google Play Store, pursuant to Google's Developer Distribution Agreement and Google Play Developer Program Policies.
3. Google Play Store Specific Provisions
3.1 Distribution via Google Play. The App is distributed through the Google Play Store. Your download and use of the App is subject to Google's Terms of Service and Google Play Terms of Service, in addition to these Mobile Terms and the Agreement. Google LLC is not a party to these Mobile Terms and has no obligations to you under them.
3.2 Developer Responsibility. Ollify, not Google, is solely responsible for:
- (a)
the App and its content;
- (b)
any maintenance or support of the App;
- (c)
any warranty claims related to the App;
- (d)
any product liability claims;
- (e)
compliance with applicable laws and regulations; and
- (f)
any intellectual property infringement claims related to the App.
Google has no obligation to you with respect to any of the foregoing.
3.3 Google Play Billing. If Ollify offers in-app purchases on Android devices, Google Play billing may apply. See Section 8 regarding Ollify's current policy on in-app purchases. Where Google Play billing is used, Google's payments terms apply in addition to these Mobile Terms.
3.4 Data Safety. Ollify files a Data Safety disclosure with Google Play for the App, describing the categories of data collected and how they are used, in accordance with Google's Data Safety requirements. This includes Google's account and data deletion questions; because the App does not support account creation, this section of the form reflects that the App's account deletion requirement does not apply, consistent with Section 7. This disclosure is consistent with our Privacy Policy at ollify.app/legal/privacy. The Data Safety disclosure is submitted separately at the time of App submission and may be viewed on the App's Google Play Store listing.
4. App Updates and Withdrawal
4.1 App Updates. App updates are distributed through the applicable platform:
- (a)
for iOS, through the Apple App Store, where you may enable automatic updates through your device settings or the App Store app; and
- (b)
for Android, through the Google Play Store, where you may enable automatic updates through your device settings or the Google Play Store app.
Ollify recommends keeping the App updated to the most recent version to ensure access to the latest features and security fixes. Ollify may require a minimum App version for continued access to the Service.
4.2 Withdrawal. Ollify reserves the right to withdraw, suspend, or remove the App from either platform at any time for any reason, including changes to the Service, platform policy changes, or business decisions:
- (a)
withdrawal from the Apple App Store does not affect your subscription or your ability to use the Service via web browser; and
- (b)
withdrawal from the Google Play Store likewise does not affect your subscription or your ability to use the Service via web browser.
5. Device Permissions
The App may request the following device permissions to enable specific features. Permissions are requested at the time the relevant feature is first used, not at installation. You can grant or revoke permissions at any time through your device settings. Revoking a permission may disable the feature that depends on it.
Permission | Feature Requiring It | What We Access | Required? |
Camera | Document scanning and photo capture | Your device camera, activated only when you initiate a scan or photo capture. We do not access your camera passively or in the background. | No — alternative upload methods available. |
Photos / Media | File uploads | Access to photos or files you select to upload. We access only the specific items you choose to share — not your full photo library. | No — required only when uploading photos or files. |
Notifications | Push notifications for alerts and updates | Ability to send you push notifications. Notification content is described in Section 6. | No — but some alerts may not be received without it. |
Face ID / Biometrics | Optional biometric app unlock (faster sign-in) | Your device's biometric authentication (Face ID, Touch ID, or fingerprint), used solely to unlock the App locally. Biometric data is processed entirely by your device and is never transmitted to or stored by Ollify. | No — password sign-in is always available. |
You may manage all permissions at any time in your device settings: on iOS at Settings → Privacy & Security → Permission; on Android at Settings → Apps → Ollify → Permissions. Ollify will not request permissions beyond those listed above. If the App requests a permission not listed here, please contact support@ollify.app.
6. Push Notifications
6.1 Opt-In. The App will request permission at the system level before any push notifications are sent — on first launch or when a feature requiring notifications is first accessed. You may grant or deny this permission at the system prompt. You may also enable or disable notifications at any time in Settings → Notifications within the App, or in your device settings.
6.2 Notification Types. Ollify may send the following categories of push notifications:
Job and Workflow Alerts — notifications about job assignments, status changes, and workflow updates relevant to your account.
Document Alerts — notifications when documents are shared, updated, or require your attention.
Account and Security Alerts — notifications about account activity, login attempts, and security events. These notifications are tied to account security and cannot be fully disabled while your account is active.
App and Service Updates — optional notifications about new features, maintenance windows, and service announcements.
6.3 Managing Notifications. You can manage notification preferences individually by category in Settings → Notifications within the App. Account and security notifications may not be fully disabled as they are necessary for the security of your account. All other notification categories can be individually enabled or disabled.
7. Account Deletion
The Ollify App does not support creating a new account — accounts are created and managed through the Ollify web platform as part of your business's subscription, and the App is used only to sign in to an account that already exists.
7.1 How to Delete Your Account. You may request deletion of your account and Customer Data at any time by emailing privacy@ollify.app. We will verify your identity before fulfilling the request. Deletion follows the same process described in our Privacy Policy and DPA, including:
- (a)
deactivation of your account and all Authorized Users;
- (b)
a 60-day data export window during which you may download your data; and
- (c)
permanent deletion of your Customer Data following the export window.
7.2 Data Retained After Deletion. Certain data is retained after account deletion per Ollify's Data Retention Schedule: ordinary Customer Data is purged one (1) year after anonymization, while signed documents and financial or billing records are retained for seven (7) years as required by applicable law, and data subject to a legal hold is retained until the hold is lifted. All other Customer Data is deleted per our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.
7.3 Effect on Subscription. Requesting deletion of your account does not automatically cancel an active Ollify subscription. If your business has an active subscription, cancel it separately — through the web platform (Settings → Billing) or by contacting support@ollify.app — before or when requesting account deletion, to avoid future charges. Deleting the App from your device does not cancel your subscription or stop billing.
ABOUT ACCOUNT DELETION AND THE APP STORES
Apple App Store Review Guideline 5.1.1 and Google Play's Account Deletion Requirement both require in-app account deletion only for apps that support creating a new account within the app. Because the App does not support account creation, neither requirement applies. Deleting the App from your device does not delete your Ollify account or data — see Section 7.1 to request deletion.
8. In-App Purchases
8.1 Current Policy — Web-Only Purchases. Ollify does not currently offer in-app purchases through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. All subscription purchases, upgrades, and billing management are handled through the Ollify web platform at ollify.app. The App provides access to your Ollify subscription but does not process payments and does not include a way to subscribe or make purchases.
8.2 If In-App Purchases Are Introduced. If Ollify introduces in-app purchases in the future:
- (a)
Apple App Store purchases will be processed through Apple's in-app purchase system under Apple's terms;
- (b)
Google Play purchases will be processed through Google Play Billing under Google's terms;
- (c)
these Mobile Terms will be updated to describe the applicable terms; and
- (d)
you will be notified at least thirty (30) days in advance of any changes.
9. App Tracking Transparency (iOS)
9.1 Current Tracking Status. The Ollify App does not currently track you across apps or websites owned by other companies for advertising purposes, and does not use data collected from the App to target advertising to you on other platforms. Accordingly, the App does not currently display an App Tracking Transparency ("ATT") prompt on iOS.
9.2 If Tracking Is Introduced. If Ollify introduces any advertising tracking in the future, we will comply with Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework (ATT, introduced in iOS 14.5). Before activating any tracking, we will:
- (a)
display the required ATT permission prompt explaining the purpose of tracking;
- (b)
update our Privacy Policy and this Section to describe the tracking; and
- (c)
provide you with a meaningful choice about whether to allow tracking.
We will not track you without your explicit ATT permission where required by applicable law and Apple's guidelines.
9.3 Crash and Diagnostic Data. As of the Effective Date, the App does not collect crash reports or diagnostic data. See Section 11 for details.
10. Mobile-Specific Privacy
10.1 Privacy Policy Applies. Your use of the App is governed by Ollify's Privacy Policy at ollify.app/legal/privacy, which describes what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. The Privacy Policy applies in full to data collected through the App.
10.2 Apple Privacy Nutrition Labels. Ollify submits App Privacy disclosures ("Privacy Nutrition Labels") to Apple at the time of App Store submission, accurately describing the categories of data the App collects and how they are used. These labels are visible on the App's App Store listing. The Nutrition Label data is consistent with our Privacy Policy and is updated when our data collection practices change.
10.3 Google Play Data Safety. Ollify submits a Data Safety form to Google Play accurately describing the data collected by the App, how it is used, whether it is shared with third parties, and what security practices are in place. The Data Safety section is visible on the App's Google Play listing and is consistent with our Privacy Policy.
10.4 Mobile Data Processing. Data collected through the App — including usage data, device information, location data (where permitted), and Customer Data you submit through the App — is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, our Data Processing Agreement. The App does not apply separate or less protective data practices than the web platform.
11. Crash Reporting and Diagnostic Data
11.1 Crash Reporting. As of the Effective Date, the App does not include crash reporting tooling. If Ollify adds crash reporting in the future, reports will be limited to anonymous data such as device type, model, and operating system version; App version; a description of the App state at the time of the crash (stack trace); and approximate time of crash. Crash reports will not include your name, email address, Customer Data, or any other personally identifying information, and this Section will be updated before the capability is activated.
11.2 Usage Analytics. As of the Effective Date, the App does not include usage analytics tooling. If Ollify adds usage analytics in the future, such data will be:
- (a)
anonymized and not linkable back to you individually;
- (b)
not shared with advertising networks;
- (c)
not used for behavioral targeting or advertising; and
- (d)
described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy before the capability is activated.
11.3 Opt-Out. As of the Effective Date, this Section does not apply because the App does not collect crash reports or usage analytics. If usage analytics is introduced in the future, you will be able to opt out through:
- (a)
Settings → Privacy within the App;
- (b)
your device's privacy settings; or
- (c)
contacting privacy@ollify.app.
Crash reporting, if introduced, would be tied to App stability and would not be separately disableable.
12. Beta Features
12.1 TestFlight. Ollify may distribute beta versions of the iOS App through Apple's TestFlight program to invited testers. By participating in TestFlight beta testing, you are also subject to Apple's TestFlight Terms and Conditions, in addition to these Mobile Terms and the Agreement.
12.2 Beta Features in the App. Certain features within the App may be designated as "Beta," "Preview," or "Early Access." These features are made available for testing purposes, may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice, and are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Beta features are not subject to the standard SLA or the warranties described elsewhere in the Agreement. Any feedback, suggestions, or comments you provide about a beta feature ("Feedback") may be used by Ollify for any purpose, including to improve the Service, without obligation or compensation to you.
12.3 Android Beta. Beta versions of the Android App may be distributed through the Google Play Store's internal testing, closed testing, or open testing programs. Beta participants receive early access to new features under the same terms as Section 12.2 and are encouraged to submit Feedback to help us improve the Service.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Mobile Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to conflict of laws principles, consistent with the governing law provision of the Agreement. Disputes arising from these Mobile Terms or your use of the App are subject to the dispute resolution provisions of the Agreement, including any applicable arbitration clause and class action waiver.
For claims specifically related to Apple App Store transactions, you acknowledge that Apple's terms may govern those specific transactions. These Mobile Terms do not expand or limit Apple's or Google's rights with respect to their respective platforms beyond what is set forth in their platform agreements.
